Timeframer is operated by Riccardo Cereser, a sole trader established in Denmark ("Timeframer", "we", "us"). Contact: support@timeframer.app
Timeframer is free to download and free to use on every platform. The clock, the free galleries, frames, sounds, alarms, timers, countdowns, world clocks, auto-swap, the desktop wallpaper app and the screen saver are all included at no cost, along with a 20-second free preview of any premium gallery.
Timeframer Pro is a single one-time purchase. It unlocks the premium galleries in the catalogue, together with the new sets that are added to those galleries over time, plus Pomodoro, Remote Control and premium presets. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. What you get for it is set out on the pricing page.
We may occasionally offer a standalone collection — an artist collaboration, a commissioned series, a seasonal release — as its own separate purchase. Those are not part of Pro, and we will always say so plainly before you buy one. Pro will never turn into a subscription, and nothing you have already unlocked will be taken back and resold to you.
Buying Timeframer Pro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the unlocked features. You are licensing access, not buying the software or the artwork outright.
The licence attaches to your account, not to a device. Sign in on any device and the unlock follows you — that is the point of the account. It cannot be resold, shared as a service to others, or transferred to someone else.
One practical warning. If you buy while signed in with Apple's Hide My Email and later sign in with Google or an email code, you will land in a different account with no unlock. Sign in the same way you bought, and if you are stuck, email us — we can sort it out.
The digit sets and galleries are licensed to you for display inside Timeframer. They are not licensed for redistribution, resale, or reuse in your own products, and the image files are not yours to extract and republish.
Sets come and go. We may add, change, retire or reorganise galleries over time. If a set you had pinned leaves the catalogue, the clock quietly falls back to another one.
An account is optional. If you create one, it is for one person, it should use an address you can actually receive mail at, and you are responsible for what happens through it. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
You can delete your account yourself at any time in Settings. What that removes, and the small amount that is legally required to survive it, is described in the privacy policy.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used to abuse the service — for example scraping the artwork in bulk, circumventing the unlock, or reselling promo codes. We would rather email you first, and normally will.
Please do not: bulk-download the digit set images; work around the entitlement checks; resell or publish promotional codes; or use automated tools in a way that degrades the service for other people.
How you pay and who refunds you depends on where you bought, and it genuinely differs. That is all on the refund policy page.
Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Taxes are calculated and handled by whoever sold you the licence — Paddle on the web, Apple in the app.
These terms apply in addition to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs the App Store version of the app. Where the two conflict, Apple's agreement takes precedence for that version.
For the avoidance of doubt: Apple is not a party to these terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Timeframer, and no warranty obligation in respect of it. Any claim relating to the app's conformity with these terms is our responsibility, not Apple's. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Timeframer is a small independent product. We aim to keep it running and to keep the server side available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and features may change as the app develops. The clock itself keeps working offline once loaded.
Timeframer is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Timeframer is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
None of this limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law — including, in the EU, your statutory rights in respect of digital content. Nor does it exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Timeframer shows alarms and timers, but it is not a safety-critical device. Notifications depend on your operating system, and a phone can be silenced, out of battery, or asleep. Please don't rely on it alone for anything that really matters.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page changes when we do, and anything significant will be mentioned in the app's What's new. Continuing to use Timeframer after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings there.
